DA says police fighting losing battle in EC

MQHEKEZWENI, Eastern Cape – The Eastern Cape will continue to struggle in its war against crime unless the police are provided the necessary tools to combat the scourge, that’s the view of the Democratic Alliance in the province.
They visited Bityi, an area that has become notorious for violent crimes.
Recently, a member of the AbaThembu Royal family was shot and killed and five schoolgirls were raped at their hostel.
